As a young child, Terry attempted to learn to play guitar and piano and quickly realized that his mission in life was to remain an avid audience member and make his camera his instrument of choice.

Terry has worked in the nonprofit sector for many years in marketing, development and organizational management as well as significant experience with major events.  He currently works throughout the Northeast for the Land Trust Alliance – assisting hundreds of local land trusts protect land and safeguard the environment.

Terry and his family moved to Connecticut from Michigan a dozen years ago and shortly after began volunteering at the Festival.   They live in Portland, CT.
